Thank you for using Dramalize, the viral AI video generator available at dramalize.com and through our mobile and web applications. This agreement outlines the terms that govern your access to and use of our services. By downloading the app, creating an account, or generating content with Dramalize, you agree to these Terms of Service.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and Dramalize Labs Inc. (“Dramalize,” “we,” or “us”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. We may update these Terms periodically; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use Dramalize. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that your parent or legal guardian consents to these Terms on your behalf.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@dramalize.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
Certain features may require payment through the Apple App Store, Google Play, or our web portal. All purchases are processed by those platforms and subject to their terms. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable.
You retain ownership of the videos and prompts you generate. By using Dramalize, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and display your content solely to operate and improve the Service. You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts and outputs comply with applicable laws and do not infringe third-party rights.
You grant Dramalize permission to feature your generated content, username, and likeness for the limited purpose of showcasing or promoting the Service. You may opt out of future promotional use by contacting us at hello@dramalize.com.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by:
The Service, including our AI models, trademarks, branding, and platform design, is owned by Dramalize or its licensors. Except for the rights expressly granted to you, we reserve all rights in the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if we believe you have violated these Terms or present a risk to the Service. You may stop using Dramalize at any time by deleting your account or uninstalling the app.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dramalize will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, nor for any loss of profits or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in San Francisco County, California.
